GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are generally shipped via UPS and USPS and, depending on your location, are delivered within 1-8 business days.

If you need expedited shipping, please contact leave a note on your order, and we will contact you with the cost.

In-stock orders placed anytime Sunday through Friday at 2 pm usually ship within 24 hours. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified of the delivery time by email.

SHIPPING COST

HOLIDAY PROMO: FREE SHIPPING ORDERS OVER $100.00

Flat Rate Shipping Cost: A flat rate of $9.00 will be added to orders $124.99 and under.

Free Ground UPS or first class USPS will be offered on shipments within the contiguous U.S. with a purchase value over USD 125.00, except for large items. Orders must ship together on the same day to the same address within the continental US to qualify for free shipping. Orders to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping

Shipping Cost for Large Items: a flat rate of $15.00 for large items (such as some horse blankets and dog beds)

Local Delivery: $10 local delivery fee if located within 5 miles from the shop.
