Casaretti Chiaretto Classico
Created in 1911 near the town of Lazise, Casaretti is one of the oldest wineries in Bardolino Classico. Managed by Giammaria and Stefano (great-grandsons of the original owner) since 2010, the estate includes 13 hectares of vineyards planted to morainic glacial soils.
“Light and elegant, this Chiaretto has ripe cherry and strawberry flavours with some herbal touches and stony acidity. It’s pretty straightforward but ideal for drinking with a salad or white fish.” – Decanter
